Alaska & Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS at standard carrier rates.

Canada

Orders shipping to Canada are handled through a freight forwarder and are typically processed every 10 business days.

The freight forwarder manages all customs documentation and import procedures.

Orders typically ship within two business days after processing. Orders placed Monday through Friday during business hours are processed the same day.

  • Express shipping cutoff: 12:00 PM EST for orders to be processed same day.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

All orders ship from our New Jersey warehouse (07869) via UPS Ground.

Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

Please note:

  • Delivery times apply only to items available at the time of shipment
  • If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after purchase, our Customer Support team will contact you
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to technical or administrative issues, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded

You can track your order at any time from the My Account section.

If a signature is required:

  • Delivery drivers do not call in advance and cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.
  • If you are not available, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup.
  • After multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be held at a local shipping facility and our Customer Support team may contact you to assist.
  • If no response is received within three days, the shipment may be returned and the order refunded.

For security and logistics reasons:

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes
  • You may choose an alternative delivery address (for example your workplace) during checkout
