For a delicate and efficient cut. The Porterhouse steak knives are the result of the collaboration between Sambonet and the French designer Paul Savinel. The blades are smooth and polished, composed by a special alloy of steel, molybdenum and vanadium. The handles are available in classic wooden version and in the noble resin version with ivory effect.
