To place a return request, please follow the procedure below listed in 3 steps.
Once the returned products have arrived, and been verified by our staff, you will receive a refund returned to the method of payment used.
Our return policy lasts 100 days from the date the order has been shipped. For further details please refer to our Return Policy section at the bottom of this page.
1. Finding my order(s)
You do not necessarily need to be registered with the Rosenthal or Sambonet Online Shop to proceed with your return request.
Click on "Find my order" at the footer of the page www.rosenthalusa-shop.com or www.sambonet-shop.com/en-us , when you open the page you can enter your email address and order number as your login details on the right hand side in the "Order tracking" check.
2. Fill in the request
Once the “Order Check” has been completed, Start your return request by clicking on the button, and specify a reason.
3. Send your return request
Once you have completed your return request, an email will be sent with a authorization number. Once the order has arrived it will take upwards of 5 business days to process a refund to the payment method used for this order. You can monitor the status of your returns anytime within your "Personal area" for registered users or "Order check" for guest users.
If 100 days have gone by since the order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please advise if your merchandise arrived damaged, or if the products received are not what you had ordered.

Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For further details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions section. Defective items can be returned, but only undamaged and unused items will be accepted.
Please pack the non-damaged, correctly received merchandise safely back into a box, and have it shipped to the address down below.
Please include, last name, order number if located, and/or the packing list that came with the order.
Hold on to the tracking information as a point of reference, as well for your records, and we will do our best to expedite the return process.
