Prosecco Cosmopolitan

1 ounce of Citrus Vodka
1 splash of Premium Orange Liqueur
1-1/2 ounce of Cranberry Juice
1/2 ounce of Fresh Lime Juice
1 Twist Orange
1 ounce Prosecco
